THE SCENE:

The fourth annual Festa da Lapa took place Saturday, Sept. 7 at the Portuguese Hall in Point Loma. With music by Filarmonica of San Diego and the band, The Queridos, folk dancers of all ages performed for guests while Portuguese dishes — such as lapas (both grilled and raw), bolo do caco, espetada and milho — were available in addition to beer, wine and a Poncha Bar.
