Police seek tips on hit-and-run driver who fatally struck skateboarder in Ocean Beach

Investigators sought the public’s help July 2 in finding the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Ocean Beach a month earlier.

Loren suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said they believe the suspect’s vehicle was a light-colored sedan that may have a damaged windshield and roof line.
