Three men flee after robbery at CVS in Ocean Beach

Three men were being sought after a CVS store in Ocean Beach was robbed at gunpoint the night of Sept. 29, according to San Diego police.

Police said the men stole two cash register drawers from the store at 4949 Santa Monica Ave. at about 10:50 p.m. Officer Robert Heims said one man with a gun and two others ran to a vehicle parked in an alley. They were seen heading north on Sunset Cliffs Boulevard. The man with the gun was wearing a ski mask.

No other information was released, including detailed descriptions of the men and the make and model of the vehicle.

Robbery detectives were investigating, the Police Department said.
