$1,000 reward is offered for information on Ocean Beach hit-and-run that injured two people

Authorities are offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of a hit-and-run driver responsible for seriously injuring two people in Ocean Beach.
A man and a woman, both 31, were struck at about 5:40 p.m. April 7 by a black older-model Lexus sedan, possibly an LS400, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The two were unloading property from their rental car along the south curb in the 4700 block of Greene Street off West Point Loma Boulevard when the Lexus, which was traveling east on Greene, struck them and their rental car, police said. The Lexus left the scene, continuing east on Greene toward Ebers Street.
Both people who were struck were hospitalized with serious injuries.
Police said the Lexus has damage to its passenger side, including missing the mirror and windshield wiper.
